Texan grindcore band
Kill the Client were founded in Dallas in 2002, and steadily rose to prominence in America's underground scene thanks to a serious touring work ethic and acclaimed releases like 2004's Wage Slave EP, 2005's
Escalation of Hostility album, a 2007 split album with
Agoraphobic Nosebleed, and 2008's sophomore full-length
Cleptocracy. In 2010, the quartet consisted of vocalist Champ Morgan, guitarist/vocalist Chris Richardson, bassist James Delgado, and drummer
Bryan Fajardo, and inked a deal with respected extreme metal label Relapse Records, releasing its third album,
Set for Extinction, later that year. ~ Eduardo Rivadavia
