The well-grounded voices of these nine singers from Genoa derive their vocal legacy from the working class of Genoa, Italy -- the "trallalero." Singing an offshoot of Italian canto in exultant harmonies, they raise their voices in hope, presenting versions of songs born of drink and camaraderie in the local bars.
