Lana D.

Lana D. is a gospel artist with poetic bars and sultry vocals. After the unexpected death of her little brother in 2019, who passed away in his 20's, Lana D. has been working hard to live each day with purpose, since tomorrow isn't promised. She started a Foundation in New York State to provide grants to local youth in her community, with the first grant being awarded in 2019. She believes that God blesses each of us to be a pass-through and that we should feel blessed to be a blessing. Like the Scripture says, "it's more blessed to give than it is to receive ." She started the foundation to pay it forward and be a clear example of how "God blesses a cheerful giver"... just as he has been doing in her life and knows that those blessings can come in many different forms. Her prayer is to be able to reach and bless people as a new artist through her music via songwriting, singing and poetic bars as well.
