Lionlimb

Some bands just sound so great we can’t resist placing them as a Rising artist. We don’t know if psych-rock band Lionlimb will conquer the world, but the two songs that comprise the A/B single "Turnstile/Bored Today" are pure brilliance. Yet another product of the vibrant Nashville scene, of the few facts we know about the band is that frontman/songwriter Stewart Bronaugh and drummer Josh Jaeger used to play in Angel Olsen’s touring band. Their tasty sound channels the coolness of classic '70s songwriters with catchy hooks and cool beat patterns – like listening to John Lennon, David Bowie and Neil Young through a set of hazy shades.
