LUSHY!, or the Karolczyk-Akerman-Rup trio. Solid grooves and spacious sounds are the foundation of their music, which also serves as the background for stories told through melody.

Their journey goes back to the years of music school and instrumental guitar-bass-drums improv sessions in their hometown of Wałbrzych. With years worth of experience and a bank of ideas they come back to record their new material. Friend and producer Radek Baranowski, as well as a plethora of outside vocalists, were also invited to collaborate on the project.

The first single announcing the release was titled ’Luscious Mind’. It is an adventure through endless landscapes full of harmonious colors, shapes and emotions. The piece can be reminiscent of the panorama viewed from the hilltops around Athens – the town where the singer and instrumentalist, but also longtime friend and music school colleague, WERA, lives and writes music. It’s her voice that can be heard on this track.
