Mazarin was the psych-pop project of Philadelphia-based singer/guitarist Quentin Stoltzfus, whose previous effort included a stint drumming for the Azusa Plane as well as the solo four-track outing Therisphere. An EP, Wheats, briefly preceded the 1999 release of Mazarin's debut album
