Nicholas Cole, more commonly known by his stage name, “NJC,” is a hip-hop artist rising out of Chicago’s South Side. Discovering his passion for music at a relatively young age (10 years old), he joined the industry by playing the piano for small to medium sized events, including weddings. Throughout high school, NJC quickly learned that he had a talent for songwriting and a love for the hip-hop community, releasing his first official single on SoundCloud in 2019. Utilizing a variety of different styles, NJC’s sound is unconfined by genre and attempts to appeal to various emotions, listeners, and settings.
