Taking a cue from the playlist generation, OTO seamlessly combines the best elements of pop with the Nashville song craft of country music. The result is truly unique and undeniably fresh. On The Outside’s first single, ”How Did You Know”, was co-written by Grammy winner Hillary Lindsey (Taylor Swift, Carrie Underwood, Lady Gaga), Steven Lee Olsen (Keith Urban, Craig Morgan) and Mike Shimshack (Britney Spears, Laura Bell Bundy) and was released on June 28, 2019. OTO consists of Devin Hayes (20), Dawson Huckabee (17), Sam Jenkins (19), Jon Klaasen (21), and Andrew Bloom (21). Collectively, the 5 members of OTO have amassed in excess of 1.6 million followers on social media and a base of fans known as #Outsiders. Hayes, Klaasen and Bloom met in 2017 while filming the ABC TV show, Boy Band. 2.4 million viewers tuned in weekly to watch them perform for judges Timbaland, Nick Carter and Emma Bunton.
