Rosemarie is a diversified refreshment of the R&B realm on the up and coming. Her idiosyncratic sound and deep-cutting lyrics suggest that she is well on her way to creating her own lane. "I just want to inspire others to be the best they can be. I want to be the best and truest version of myself. I think that's the simplest way to put it.” She credits multiple artists who have paved the way with their unapologetic originality for being her main source of inspiration. "I want my music to be relatable. I want it to be able to connect with my listeners on a different level. A lot of the times I think it's hard to articulate certain feelings about particular situations, so when you find a song that does that for you, I think it's truly something magical.” She compares the instrumentation of a song to her setting, and the lyrics to her story. "My ultimate goal when I'm writing is to put you there, in that exact moment with me. Life is a roller coaster and mine isn't any different, so that's exactly what you can expect from my music. I’m putting so much of myself into this, with the intention of leaving an impression that resonates with the listener. Whether it's good, weird or crazy, as long as I made one I'm okay with that. People will forget names and faces and just about everything else, but they’ll never forget how something made them feel.”
