Years ago in Peru, around 2010 — when the electronic music scene began to grow with greater magnitude — while reviewing a local newspaper, an announcement of a DJ school appeared for lovers of electronic music. Without thinking much, this young man decided to go — nothing was the same again. In love with this genre, especially with Detroit house music, he began to listen to the main international exponents, which guided his tastes and musical aspirations in terms of mixing. This man started to perform in various clubs and events, from exclusives southern beaches to the center of the capital, in which the presence of the underground scene had a strong influence. Through this, he developed a connection with the crowd, as well as, attained greater knowledge and musical experience. In 2013, he initiated his studies of electronic music production and musical harmony in one of the best local schools, Project Media. This, along with the habit of listening to vinyl music, was an essential step in order to developing a unique and authentic sound. As the years passed, years of importing Minimal/Tech House vinyl from Germany, years away from the national scene, gigs and parties — these were years that helped him achieved not only his university degree, but a greater personal and, overall, musical maturity. After returning to the underground scene as a producer, enjoying the non-commercial sound and leaving aside the trend peak-time beats, he started to sign releases in recognized record labels from South America. This Peruvian producer explores a soundscape that fuses the main components of House music, such as the analogous percussion composed of 909 sounds and a solid groove, with those harmonious and surrounding pads of contemporary Minimal/Tech House that generates an atmosphere anywhere. Glad to achieve this balance, Sebastian seeks not only an independent name but also the contribution to the further growth of the national scene in terms of musical production.
