Silent Sanctuary

Silent Sanctuary is a 5-piece Filipino band. Composed of Sarkie Sarangay on vocals and guitars, Chino David on violin, Anjo Inacay on cello, Jason Rondero on bass and Allen Calixto on drums, Silent Sanctuary spices up their signature “classical music meets rock music” These guys are practically instant classic hit-makers. There is not a single Silent Sanctuary album that never spawned a highly memorable track, only proving that the band knows exactly what they’re doing: they know their musical direction, and they know how to seamlessly connect it with the audience. Now, the wait is so over, and as their second record under new label, Silent Sanctuary still doesn’t disappoint. Langit. Luha. The lead single “Sa Piling Mo” which is a more upbeat delegation of the band’s recognizable songwriting and arrangement mantra. Behind offices and shelves though, the most exciting part is the strategic release of second single “Pasensya Ka Na” which is a track guaranteed to reach beyond the masses. Supposedly the lead single, “Pasensya Ka Na” touches on a very specific moment in a fall-out. But hey, you have got to hear it for yourself! After all, Silent Sanctuary’s music is more than just a release…it’s an experience, and Langit. Luha. still proves so.
