Spongehead

Clamoring rock experimentalism as only New Yorkers can do it. Spongehead were together throughout the early/middle 1990s, playing dense, left-field rock that hit the mark as often as it missed (although it's hard to say exactly where the mark was). Expect jagged rhythms, abrasive guitars, aggressive baritone sax playing and gravelly, ranting vocals.
