Artist, Contributor

Stan Lane is a hip-hop producer from Northern California. He started by
playing around on Fruity Loops so his college basketball teammates would
have beats to freestyle to. As he honed his technique his love for making
music grew and he began making 5-10 beats a week, often staying up late
into the night after work. Stan got his first placement on Lil B's cult
classic mixtape "White Flame" and his first gold record on the titular
track to Lil Dicky's album "Professional Rapper" (feat. Snoop Dogg).

Stan's beats are diverse and multi-faceted, highlighting the range of his
influences, but typified by dramatic bass and snapping drums. His artistic
inspirations are Kanye West, Dipset, and Dennis Rodman.
Stan is a founding member of the record label Layup Entertainment.
