Stan Tohon & The Tchink System

Breaking away from the James Brown and Otis Redding-like sound of his earliest work in 1978, Stan Tohan turned towards a unique blend of hard-edged soul and R&B and the percussion-based music of the voodoo-influenced tchinkonne tradition.
