Steve Key

Key was born in Brooklyn, NY, and raised in San Francisco, CA. He later returned to New York City and joined the Fast Folk crowd. He hosted a radio show on WFUV-FM in New York. He now resides in Washington, DC, has issued the DC compilation Capitol Acoustics, and is involved in the Washington folk community. Key is a polished performer whose songs are well crafted. They are also full of deep imagery and emotion. ~ Chip Renner
