Switch The MC

Switch The Mc is a British rapper living in Paris. With a blend of the aggressive style found in UK grime and the rhythmic melodies found in a lot of west coasts classics, his Album “self-medicated” released in 2020 was the assembly of his emotions, thoughts and fears since leaving the UK  Influenced by grime legends such as Wiley, JME, Skepta,  But also from various American artists like Mac miller Kendrick Lamar, a tribe called quest, def squad,  Going through the foster care system Switch the Mc started composing lyrics to express his life and fears. Due to legal issues, He left the UK to settle in Paris where he released his first EP titled “the feeling”  Which got a lot of attention from local radio stations. After the release of his album “Self-medicated,” he has worked on several videos and most recently the music video to his Song titled “Treat U Right” which will be the last music video from this Album. During this time he has been testing the limits of his sound, finding new ways to improve and create melodies to add to his repertoire.
