Raised on a steady diet of
Edith Piaf,
Jacques Brel,
John Lennon, and
Jeff Buckley, French-American singer/songwriter
Sydney Wayser grew up in Los Angeles and summered in Paris, soaking up both the scenery and the culture. Proficient on piano and guitar,
Wayser's signature blend of breezy, west coast indie pop and catchy, introspective folk-rock was first made available for public consumption in 2007 with the release of her debut album, Silent Parade. The Colorful arrived two years later, followed by Bell Choir Coast in 2012. ~ James Christopher Monger
