A longtime resident DJ at the Belgian EDM festival Tomorrowland,
Yves V produces tracks ranging from progressive house to brash, boisterous electro-house. Initially making his mark with underground tracks like 2009's "Insane Pressure," he collaborated with producers like
Sander van Doorn and
Chuckie over the next decade, and reached the U.K. pop chart in 2019 with "We Got That Cool," featuring
Afrojack and
Icona Pop.
The Antwerp native began performing at Tomorrowland in 2007 and has been a fixture of the festival ever since. He began releasing tracks in 2008, with "The Skillz" and "Insane Pressure" both appearing on Belgian House Mafia in 2009. In 2011, he released tracks with
Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike ("Madagascar") and
Basto! ("CloudBreaker"), and collaborations with
Sander van Doorn,
Blasterjaxx, and
Bassjackers followed. He released numerous singles on labels like
Spinnin' Records, Doorn Records, and Smash the House, and performed at clubs and festivals throughout the world, including Pacha, Amnesia, and Mysteryland. In 2015,
Yves V was ranked 34 in the DJ Mag Top 100. After releasing heavily streamed tracks such as 2017's "Blow" (with
Marc Benjamin) and 2018's "Innocent" (with
Alok featuring
Gavin James),
Yves V reached the U.K. singles chart for the first time with 2019's "We Got That Cool," featuring
Afrojack and
