Jean Carlos Pérez, born in Villa Consuelo Dominican Republic, on August 14. He is a villager known as Carlos Flow CF, a name he is assigned in high school by his classmates because of the way he always dresses in a unique style. He lived his childhood in Villa Consuelo and Villa Juana, Dominican Republic (Santo Domingo).
In 2018, he recorded one of his compositions that became well-known entitled: Historia De Amor, where he obtained 500,000 streams in 2 months, this was an important step for Carlos. It is where his professional journey officially began.
