Cilver is a hard rock combo from New York with a dark-hued yet defiant sound. Singer Uliana Preotu and guitarist Leon Lyazidi -- both formerly of the Universal-signed act
MeTalkPretty -- started
Cilver in late 2013, working with
Ron "Bumblefoot" Thal (
Guns N' Roses) on the band's debut single, "In My Head." By early 2014, they had released an EP of the same name and landed a spot on Revolver magazine's Hottest Chicks in Hard Rock Tour alongside other tough female-fronted bands like like
Sick Puppies,
Lacuna Coil, and
Eyes Set to Kill. Both first-generation immigrants, Preotu and Lyazidi bring a unique and inspiring voice to
Cilver's brand of heavy rock, and by 2015 they'd landed a deal with Entertainment One Media. Following the release of lead single "I'm America" in late 2015, they delivered their full-length debut,
