Delanté born May 15, 1994 raised in Roanoke Virginia to morher Chenita Jackson, and father Lee Roy Witt Jr. Growing up Delanté listen to alot of music when he was young. Thats when Delanté notice he wants to be a singer and dancer. And he studied the greats and started doing youtube covers in 2011 and in 2014 thats when he got sign to his cousin label. And in 2016 he started recording his first project. And after that he started releasing EP, and singles. Delanté performed in various singing and dancing competition as a child and a teen. He rose to social media fame in late 2015 early 2016 when he released his first project Jackson. Managed by his cousin Exclusive Records and his mother Chenita Jackson management label C.M.J Entertainment. Delanté became few of the popular people on social media by doing YouTube covers of Beyoncé, Michael Jackson, Janet Jackson, Nicki Minaj,and Chris Brown His fame rose to stardom real quick. Delanté became big after his singles Throw It Back became nunber 1 on the Number one music charts for pop artist in Virginia and number 2 for Pop artist on the east coast. As a child, and teen Delanté first discovered his voice when people would compare him to Michael Jackson. His voice is sweet and soft. Delanté got more exposure when his hit single Throw It Back started playing in the clubs mostly in Atlanta GA. That’s when Delanté knew that he had made it to his dreams. His first project Jackson was recorded in 2016 and released on March 12, 2017. Although it sold 7,000 in its first weeks the success of the album didn’t do good mostly to songs sounding like Beyoncé and Tinashe. Delanté went back to the drawing board where in late 2017 he started writing new material that would soon change his career. By Summer 2018 Delanté announced via social media. That A teaser of his two singles Prisoner Of Love, and Single (Again) would be realease on October 10th where he was performing that night. And on Febuary 28, 2019 Delanté realeased his two videos Prisoner Of Love and Single (Again). On February 28, the two singles was released the same day... on August 30,2019 Delanté released His first promotional single called G4U (Good 4 U) as part of his new era Delanté Vs.. Antione Savage. Than on October 30,2019 Delanté released his second promotional single Smartphone for the same era.. which sold over 10,00 in its first week making the song a success single than G4U (Good 4 U).. and on January 10,2020 Delante announce via social media that Delanté Vs.. Antione Savage will be released in March 2020.
Although Delanté felt like his career wasn’t going anywhere he never gave up on his dream, and because of that it makes him go even harder and stronger to fulfill his destiny.
