Dillanm is an American Rapper. Dillanm became a musician in November of 2016 with the song Dayz, which he recently deleted for a fresh start. He since has released 10 songs. Dillanm has begun signing artists to his record label, DEEM Records, which was established April 13, 2020. Dillanm is a known advocate for the Perthes Kids Foundation. He began his advocacy in 2008 after being diagnosed with Perthes in his right hip.
