Memphis-based rap group
Fast Cash Boyz started making their trappy, hook-heavy songs when all four members were just teenagers. They worked independently, releasing mixtapes like 2016's C.R.E.A.M. before striking gold with viral hit "Cash Walk" in 2018.
Fast Cash Boyz were formed in the mid-2010s by friends
C-Money, TP Stackz, Money, and C Jizzle. Fixated on money, power, and success, the crew's first material arrived in the form of 2015 self-released mixtape Trappin' Out the Booth. They worked on new music constantly, following with a steady flow of mixtapes, singles, and videos over the next several years. Highlights included 2016's C.R.E.A.M. and the early 2018 mixtape Trappin' Out the Booth II, which featured a cameo from
Ace Boogie on one song. It was Fast Cash Boyz Too Bangin', 2018's collaborative project with producer Too Bangin' that brought the group to a larger audience. Catchy singles "Cash Walk" and "Fuck Wit" and their dance-oriented videos were streamed hundreds of thousands of times, and brought
FCB their first viral hits. ~ Fred Thomas
