Hey, I’m Faye, I’ve been singing ever since I can remember, I like to write short stories and poems and turn them into songs. Life can be sad sometimes but I decided to follow my dreams and make something greater out of my sadness.
I‘m often quiet and a little scared to talk but music has given me a place where I can be whoever I want to be.
I’ve always been very inspired by many artists to carry on and so I have always wanted to try to do the same for people.
When I was 18 I decided to leave home to go to Australia with just a backpack and a guitar to follow my dreams. I busked a lot out there and it was there I wrote Screams and Dreams, a song I mostly wrote to myself, trying to turn past pains into something greater and finding sanctuary in writing music and so turning my “Screams” into “Dreams.”
Fear and self doubt may sometimes want to stop you from doing what you love but it’s something I know we all deal with and I hope that my music can make you feel a little more understood and less alone :)
