Abstract and German, guitarist Bert Wrede is the head creator behind this ensemble. Continuing the tradition of avant genre blending, Frigg lean towards a mix of performance art, jazz, and folk. Screeching horn lines, sudden outbursts of spoken word, and mysterious arrangements of clarinet and cello are backed by embellishments of bass, drums and Wredes' tweaky guitar work.
