Her Songs is a collective created by artists Marie Dahlstrom, Emily Browning, Maddie Jay, The Naked Eye, and Dani Murcia. The women, based in different cities around the world, connected through Instagram and set out to meet in LA to write and record a ford track EP in six days.
The concept of Her Songs was born directly from the girls involved as a way to manifest a sense of global support and connection between female/non-binary songwriters, musicians and producers. Combining their individual musical strengths and pulling on their varying backgrounds and knowledge, they plan to continue making music as a strong band of women.
