Humanity In Decay is a french artist of the synthwave and darksynth scene.
He is a self-produced composer since 2017 and released two projects during this timespan, as well as several more tracks.
Inspired by both cyberpunk and lovecraftian cosmic horror, the sound of Humanity In Decay is centered around dark, technological and unsettling sonorities. With an emphasis on storytelling, each project’s composition uses themes, motives, and other techniques that make Humanity In Decay an unique artist in the darksynth scene.
On May 15th, the EP “Seed” released. This entry explores new musical scapes, pushing the boundaries of the genre. Soundtracks, Progressive Metal, EDM, and other influences blend in with the typical distortion darksynth fans love so much. For the first time, this EP also features a vocalist, thanks to unTIL BEN who is performing vocals on the third track “SymBIOS”.
