IAM McCoy is an Ohio rapper, singer, songwriter and founder of LVR Enterprise. McCoy was born and raised in New York. He started out as a battle rapper who went by the name of "Streets" but was later known as "Streets The Boss" releasing a solo project titled "Day In The Life" earning him number 2 Independent artist on Myspace during the mid 2000's. After taking a 5 year hiatus from music to focus on family, McCoy released a solo project titled "Broken Image" introducing his song writing ability and ear for music. He continued to release music throughout the 2010's and though McCoy is more focused on song writing now, he continues to release because of his love for creating.
