Katherina Tsirakis ( born on São Paulo in July 14, 1987) known professionally as Katherina is a Brazilian producer, filmmaker, screenwriter, dancer and singer. Her films are especially centered in genres such as short dance-movies and short experimental movies.
In 2019 Katherina launched herself in music with the album 'Lilith' which combines Katherina's will to put together dance, music and visual arts. The chosen name for this album speaks of the serpent archetype: the challenging side of the feminine that allows for rebirth. Oppression, guilt and persecution of the female gender are worries that she turned into a theme of discussion, challenging the world to liberate women, the feminine, and everything that belongs to it’s revealing potential.
