Knut is one of the electronic pioneers in Norway, releasing his first electronic album ""Kondens"" in 1982. This is now a widely sought after collectors item, has recently been remastered and reissued on vinyl by www.orbeatize.com.
He has had a career as musician, composer and producer, especially in the theatre. Has mainly stuck to his electronic interest for his theatre music, but has also composed music for the mainstream popular musical ""Knut Gribb tar Bergenstoget"". The ballet music ""GYNT"" is more his regular style, electroacoustic minimalism. He was musical director for 20 years at the renowned theatre ""Den Nationale Scene"" in Bergen, Norway.
Now back in the studio, working further with his musical path and long term interest in electronica, folk music and minimalism. Look out for new works being published.
