Takashi Hatakeyama, aka KREVA, is a Japanese hip-hop performer and J-pop singer from Tokyo who has had stints with several groups including By Phar the Dopest, Kick the Can Crew and Funky Grammar Unit. His debut solo album 'Shinjin Kreva' came out in 2004 and other albums include 'Ai Jibunhaku' (2006), 'Yoroshiku Onegaishimasu' (2007), 'Shinzo' (2009) and 'Go', which topped Japan's Oricon Albums Chart in 2009. 'Space' was released in 2013 and 'Usu To Bon'no', which featured the track 'Ibasyo', appeared in 2017.His single 'C'mon, Let's Go' went to number ten on Billboard's Japan Hot 100 in 2011, 'Kijun' (2011) reached number 17, 'Strong' (2011) with Miyavi number 15, 'Hikari' (2012) number 14, 'Oh, Yeah' (2012) number three and 'Tranquilizer' (2014) number 14. He has released several concert DVDs and collaborated with many acts including Masamune Kusano, Toshinobu Kubola, Yuu Sakai and Toko Furuchi. © ©Copyright Music Story 2020
