Hello, world! Allow us to reintroduce, Lou Siffa! Lou has returned with a new single but it's his new perspective that is even more substantial. After a long hiatus, Lou is releasing the single titled, 5 G. He stands by the notion that this will be his best work to date.
Let's quickly go back to 2016 when he released his first project, Into Darkness. At the time, Lou felt the album made a huge personal statement but lacked the production necessary to make an impact on the Conscious Hip Hop community! We would be remiss if we failed to mention the 2017 release, Angel, which was a tribute to his lifelong friend that had recently been murdered in his hometown inside the Sedgwick County Jail. "It was a really hard but a necessary song for me to do. It was written prior to his passing. He was going thru a rough patch in his life so my plan was to surprise him with my new song on his birthday. I kept it secret. I had written about what our friendship meant to me and gave a word of encouragement within it. Who could have predicted what happened next? Releasing the track was therapeutic. I felt as if I was sending it into the Universe and that he would hear it after all! That helped me deal with that agonizing loss. He will forever be with me. Everything I do musically is dedicated to Sean Decker. He was my biggest fan."
Flash forward to 2021. "Finally. This is the one. This is my Frankenstein!" So ladies and gentlemen. Prepare yourselves for the new level. And let us all bear witness to this new journey Lou Siffa has embarked upon. Wherever it leads.
