Canada's
Marc Mysterio is an in-demand DJ, songwriter and producer known for his electronic, dance, and house music productions. A native of Quebec,
Mysterio first began DJ'ing around 2006 and caught the ear of Parisian-producer
Sandy Vee. Together they collaborated on the track "Let Loose," which garnered some radio attention. This led to
Mysterio doing a remix of
David Guetta's "Delirious." From there, he released several more well-received singles including "Answer This," featuring vocalist Linda Newman and "Roll wit It," featuring vocalist Chris Willis.
In 2009,
Mysterio's profile was raised even further after his remix of
Daft Punk's "One More Time" was picked up by several prominent U.S. hip-hop and dance radio stations. Also that year, he collaborated with vocalist
Samantha Fox on the original song "Tomorrow." Another single, "Shout it Out," originally slated to feature R&B singer
Brandy, appeared with Canadian singer
Craig Smart in 2010. Two years later,
Mysterio signed a global artist deal with Sony Music and released several more cuts, including 2012's "Everything Is All Wrong" featuring
Karl Wolf and 2013's "Booty on the Floor" featuring
Flo Rida. A year later, he remixed
Crash Test Dummies' 1993 single "Mmm Mmm Mmm Mmm." This led to a further collaboration with
Crash Test Dummies on 2016's "Promised Land." ~ Matt Collar
