Even though they're from Connecticut, Max Creek embodies the term "Virginia rock." A Dead/Allmans-influenced Jam Rock band that plays just about every night of the week all over New England, they provide the East Coast hippie scene with a derivative yet quality source of twirl-inducing Classic Rock. Expect long-winded Duane worship, funky rhythms and gravelly, Jerry-fied vocals. And drum solos, can't forget the drum solos.
