South London's Meat Katie (real name Mark Pember) has been forging a career in the music industry since the late 1980s. He initially played in punk bands, but has since become one of the world's best-known breakbeat DJs and producers. His first big success came in 1998 when he put out the widely acclaimed debut album Off the Bone.
