Moonlight Social is an alternative music duo formed by Jeremy Burchard and Jennica Scott. Blending elements of alternative rock, pop, and folk, Moonlight Social kinds of sounds like if Fleetwood Mac were millennial kids raised on a steady diet of 90s music and sarcasm. Longtime best friends, the pair met as members of The University of Texas Longhorn Band (Burchard as a member of the drumline, Scott as a trumpet player). The duo cut their teeth on the road, playing hundreds of shows out of their home base of Austin, Texas. In 2016, Moonlight Social relocated to Nashville, Tennessee. Their 2018 EP Make You Smile debuted on the Billboard charts and The Huffpost called lead single "simply irresistible." Fiercely independent, Moonlight Social believes in a fans-first, no bullshit approach to being artists. In addition to writing, producing, and recording much of their own music, they also write, direct, and edit their music videos.
