Gato has been involved in making music since he was a teen, but never got a chance to pursue any type of music career due to his life circumstances. He has always dreamed of owning his own record label and has had to navigate the tough streets of Bessemer/Birmingham Alabama , and overcome obstacles like serving a 3 year prison sentence, and being homeless to finally make that dream become reality by launching Nu Soundz Ent. in 2019. He released his first album In Due Time in November 2019 and is currently working on his second album to be released sometime this summer along with albums from 2 other artist on the Nu Soundz roster all in all 2020 looks to be a fruitful year for this self made CEO.
