Nakuu “AKA” Terrell Bryant, born in Georgia and raised in Pennsylvania, grew up in a musical household with his father being the founder of the The S.O.S Band, and mother who sings and still tours today. Music has always been a part of him. By the time he was 13, he became interested in writing, producing and editing his own songs. He started taking music seriously during his 9th grade year of high school. Making it to the top 5 out of 200 music artists in Sean Garrett’s 2012 “Are you the Next Teen Superstar” competition in New York City. By 16, Nakuu made a name for himself when he won the 1st-ever “Hip Hoops Challenge” in Atlanta, Georgia in December 2013 at the Atlanta Hawks stadium. Nakuu has opened on multiple shows with PnB Rock, A Boogie Wit da Hoodie, Freeway, Lil Skies, Lil Bibby, Verse Simmonds , Lil Mouse , Gillie Da Kid, and many more.
He has also released music independently with major artist such as Rich The Kid on No Rules (feat. Rich the Kid & Nakuu) and Lil Yachty. The YouTube sensation has multiple songs with over 500,000 streams and some in the millions. Nakuu continues to follow his music career and chase his dreams.
