SARA ACERO is a "NeoSoul Latin" project leading by the voice and composition of Sara Acero, she was born in Bogotá but finds her voice in Cali. It gives a message of strength and empowerment in the lyrics and the music.
Her music has Latin rhythms and sounds that characterize her voice as R&B, making possible the artistic authenticity of Sara Acero.
She represented Colombia in different stages such as: “Latinoamerica 360” - México, “Selvámonos” - Perú, “SXSW” USA, “Rock al Parque” among others, sharing the stage with great artists such as Mon Laferte, Cuarteto de Nos, Amigos Invisibles and Los Cafres. In June 2019 on her tour of Spain, she accompanied Cuarteto de Nos in Palma de Mallorca.
Her most recent shows included the tour of Colombia at the “Hermoso Ruido” and “Colombia 4.0” - Bogotá, in Cali she performed at the “MEC”, Preformance in “TEDxCali” and accompanied LosPetitFellas in her presentation at the Municipal Theater. In November 2020 it will be the release of her first solist album.
