Scotty Sire is known for his humorous videos and vlogs, as well as his earnest, upbeat hip-hop and electronic-inflected pop. He initially rose to fame online in the 2010s before releasing his 2018 debut album Ruin Your Party.
Born in 1992 in Newport Beach, California,
Sire began posting humorous videos to the social media platform Vine in his twenties and developed a large following. After Vine shuttered in 2016, he moved to YouTube and other sites, expanding his fan base with videos and Vlogs that run the gamut from comedy to more serious-minded subjects, including depression and social anxiety. He began recording music and in 2018 released his debut album Ruin Your Party. In 2020, he returned with his sophomore album What's Going On. ~ Matt Collar
