"Choka," which is slang for the original word pronounced "Choaker" is the first studio album independently by Sheaven "7" Kacy. It was released on February 8th 2019. The album in disc form is a two part CD. The first disc is the open minded and street aspect while the second disc is about the true inner emotions and struggles with when it comes to love & relationships. From July 2018 til January 2019 majority of the tracks were recorded with some of the tracks such as the low toned but progressive "U.C.F.W.M." having been recorded in 2015. Other tracks such as the title track "Choka" and the unforgiving lyrical but contemporary track "Apologize" were recorded in 2017.
