Stalking Gia

* En anglais uniquement

Stalking Gia's moody, electronic-laced pop plays with desire, obsession, and the ever-blurring lines between fantasy and reality over the sleek grooves of singles like 2016's viral hit "Second Nature" and 2020's "The Kindest Thing."
New York-based singer, songwriter, and actress Tiffany Giardina spent her childhood acting in Broadway musicals and television commercials. In 2014, she began making music as Stalking Gia. For this more mature side of her work, she took aesthetic inspiration from artists ranging from Audrey Hepburn to David Bowie, while her sound recalled the edgy electro-pop style of artists like Banks and Tove Lo. Beginning with the sultry "Second Nature" -- which racked up millions of streams and was sampled on Blackbear's "Wish U the Best" on his 2017 album Digital Druglord -- she released a series of singles that explored her darker side. These included 2017's "Siren" and the 2018 singles "PTSD" and "Miracles," a collaboration with Blackbear. In 2020, she signed to Epic Records and released her debut single for the label, "The Kindest Thing," that April. The single was the first song taken from her Season 1 EP, which was scheduled for release later that year and featured her piano and guitar skills as well as her singing and songwriting. ~ Heather Phares & Timothy Monger
