Singer and songwriter
TADIA draws on influences including reggae, hip-hop, Soca, Kompa, and more for her sophisticated R&B music. She debuted with "Down Low" in 2019, following it with the effervescent "Worth It" in 2020.
A Haitian-American musician, Tadia Toussaint grew up in Brooklyn, where her wide-ranging musical pursuits spanned singing in a gospel group and studying classical music at the Juilliard School. After pausing to complete bachelor's and master's degrees in journalism, she returned her focus to music. Working with Grammy-winning producer
Jerry "Wonda" Duplessis,
TADIA recorded the single "Down Low" for Wonda Music in 2019. That led to offers to open concert dates for
Davido and
Michael Brun's BAYO Tour.

Duplessis-produced single, "Worth It," in 2020. ~ Marcy Donelson
