After ending his former band Fellini and moving from Brazil to Europe in 1991, Thomas Pappon recorded a number of songs by himself while living in Germany and London. Armed with an acoustic guitar, a drum machine, and the vocal contributions of his wife Karla, Pappon eventually produced a number of lo-fi songs that stretched from indie-pop to bossa-nova to Brit-pop. Brazil's Midsummer Madness Records would release all of these song in 1999 on the full-length album entitled Os Eurosambas 1992- 1998. ~ Mike DaRonco
