Vice Menta were formed by singer/songwriters and producers Marcelo and Eugenio, who are also twin brothers. The Monterrey-born pair -- who sing in English and Spanish -- bridge the cultural gap between the United States and Mexico by fusing their Latin roots with American R&B and hip-hop flavor inspired by artists like
