Four years after his first album « Astana » (which follows a few electric and feverish EPs ), Viot introduces « Hallali » that has been written and recorded in a lost country house in deep France. A place with gothic and rural vibes, having a great impact on the tracks and their production. If two previous EPs (« Hallali » and « Minotaure » in 2018) had already set the mythological and dark mood, this LP offers more shades of cruel and sensual human instincts, in some kind of a mysterious spacetime. French illustrator Benjamin Vareille made the artwork. Viot played gigs up and down the country with La Femme, Lescop, Etienne Daho, Juveniles, Woodkid… His songs have been remixed by Death in Vegas, Mr Nô, Pyramid, Mettani, Ateph Elidja… He also writes for other french indie artists like Lescop and Sammy Decoster.
